These terms govern your use of symusic.co.nz (the "Site"), operated by SY Music Studio. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site

You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful to the Site or its users, or that interferes with normal operation.

Enquiries and enrolment

Information submitted through the registration or contact forms is treated as an enquiry. Enrolment is only confirmed when we accept it in writing and any tuition terms (schedule and fees) are agreed separately with you.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, layout and design — is owned by SY Music Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for personal reference.

The Site may include links to, or embed content from, third-party services (for example Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties and their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability
